Hi, I’m Nicole Carlton, a proud Lawrenceburg native and REALTOR® with Torrey Smith Realty Co.

Before real estate, I spent over a decade working with youth and families in our community. That experience shaped who I am today... it taught me how to listen closely, lead with care, and meet people where they are. I carry those same values into every real estate transaction.

I’ve been in this business for just two years, and in 2025 I was grateful to help enough families to close in on $10 million in sales. I don’t say that to brag... I say it to show what’s possible when you’re consistent, service-focused, and surrounded by people who believe in you. I especially love working with sellers and relocation clients. My background in marketing helps me tell the story of each home, and my love for Central Kentucky makes it easy to share what makes this place special.

If you work with me, I hope you walk away feeling heard, cared for, and confident in your decisions. I believe small gestures still matter. A thoughtful note, a check-in text, a pop-by gift... those are the touches I genuinely enjoy.

Outside of work, I love morning coffee and prayer, family cookouts, walking outdoors, and a good beach trip when I can sneak one in. You’ll often find me at local spots like Biggby Coffee, Bluegrass Sabor, or browsing Simply Blessed.
