Cory Miller has a deep-rooted passion for serving the people of Shelby County—whether it’s through real estate or lending a hand at BJ Andriot’s Paint Store, where he now helps his brother-in-law. Real estate is in Cory’s blood. His grandfathers and father were all Realtors, and he grew up watching them serve the community with dedication. That same drive led him to build his own career in real estate, but not before gaining a decade of experience in banking, which gave him a strong foundation in finance and business management. With a degree in business from the University of Kentucky and a natural ability to connect with people, Cory brings both expertise and heart to every transaction.

Shelby County is more than just a place to work for Cory—it’s home. His father, Lowry Miller, served as circuit court clerk and a high school baseball coach, while his mother, Masha Miller, worked at Citizens Union Bank for 30 years. He and his wife, Mary Andriot Miller, are proud to be raising their two children here, ensuring they grow up with the same love for their hometown that has been ingrained in their families for generations.

Cory credits his success to being a team player, a skill he sharpened both as an athlete and by watching his uncle, Mike Casey, set records on the basketball court. That teamwork mentality carries over into his approach to real estate, where he partners with his clients to guide them through the home buying and selling process with patience, knowledge, and strong negotiation skills. “Helping someone find the right home and leading them through that process is something I don’t take for granted,” Cory says. “It’s a privilege.”

When he’s not assisting clients or helping customers at the paint store, Cory enjoys spending time with his family, staying active, and giving back to the community he loves.
