I run a marketing company. That's essentially what a real estate company is when it comes to listing homes for sale. It is our goal as REALTORS to market the opportunities and amenities that our listings have to offer. One of the most frustrating aspects in my business is GETTING YOUR ATTENTION. Since I've been in real estate, my company has tried many things to attract the attention of Home Owners and future Home Buyers such as:

The list goes on and on... and so does the journey.
I've finally learned that we, the advertiser, no longer dictate how YOU are marketed to. The tables have turned. YOU are now in control! YOU dictate how you are marketed to. YOU decide when, where, and what you will hear from us.
So, I'm asking the question... As a small town real estate company, how do I get your attention? How do I convey that my company is here to HELP YOU SELL YOUR HOME or PURCHASE THE HOME OF YOUR DREAM?
